Only certain iMesh songs are free, if you want the actual good quality song from iMesh, you have to pay for it.

Has anyone tried iMesh for downloading free music to your iPod?
I tried doing that, but unless you're willing to pay for certain downloads, iMesh isn't useful :/ I've been trying all day long, and the best thing you can do would be to make your downloads go from iMesh straight to itunes, and sync your ipod there. :) Its what helped me.

no i have downloaded probably over 2,000 songs off of imesh and i have not got a single virus but it does have a toolbar that you can easily remove don't pay money to buy songs from Itunes just use imesh do you have an antivirus though? i dont
Is IMESH a hack?
Unfortunately iMesh contains MANY Viruses that can hack into your computer and steal your identity so I would advise if you have to use it scan it with the most appropriate software (ie. Pay Yearly, Monthly BullGuard) or DO NOT use it at all. I downloaded iMesh when I first got my iPod, it was a stupid thing because I had to go and Restore my Computer to factory settings. Hope this helps!
