No. There are no extra costs or fees on the PSP Go (or any PSP) The only money that is spent after purchasing is spent on Games/Videos/Comics from the PlayStation Network.
In the psp go you have to download games. The regular psp you don't have to. I like the psp better than the psp go. You also have to pay for the psp go games you download.

The PSP Go connects to a wireless router - the wireless router's signal is a paid service from an ISP. So while you need to pay for your internet connection, you don't pay anything extra when the PSP Go connects to it.
You could, but I'm not sure the PSP Go is still available. You can trade up to the PS Vita. Of could not every store and online site will take trades or pay the same
depending if your phone has caps then you have to pay every month
There won't be a UMD Disc tray so you can't play normal games, you will have to pay for full PSP games on PlayStation Store
no you just log in to an internet connection and your good to go
A: Illegal B: there are sites where you can pay a monthly fee to download unlimited games, these are very cheap and legal
Yes you will. Sony was designing a program whereby people could transfer UMD games onto the PSP Go, however this has been scrapped for now.
I'm not an expert, but I believe that when you pay for a PSP, you get a PSP?
