Private college typically do not have an out of state tuition.
Public schools on Guam are free to attend. If you want to go to private school, you have to pay. Tuitions range per school.
Canadians pay for elementary school (either Public or Catholic) through their taxes. There are also private elementary schools available that charge tuition - they may be faith based or alternative such as Montessori schools. Canadians pay for college or university through tuitions. Total fees per year are around $7,000 anually for college, and more for university.
yes. it is implemented and published in official gazzete of India... all the private professional colleges which comes under AICTE should pay according to 6th pay commission from Jan 2010
It all depends. If you go to a public high school, you don't but if you go to a private on you do. Colleges are inexpensive in Serbia but they do cost a couple of thousands of dollars
My history professor makes just under $50,000 a year (this is in California) with a Master's degree; he is finishing his PhD program and upon completion, will automatically receive a $13,000 a year pay increase. On top of that, he receives annual pay increases. Pay tops off at $100,000. So if that's what you want to do, the money will be worth it. Public colleges pay more than private, and 4 year colleges pay more than community colleges (btw, the professor I am speaking of is in fact in a 2 year college - the salary would be even higher for a 4 year school professor).
