Well, yeah, if you want to actually be rich in them or have enough to afford at least some rich clothing so other people will call you a "rich peep."
If you try to earn them for free though, it is really hard and depends on sheer luck. Even if you win any wooz for free it is so little you can't actually afford anything cool.
