Try looking at a Vo-tech college or a high school vo tech program. My sister in law who lives in Penna teaches at such a high school that does that very thing. They won't do it for free, you pay for parts, but labor is provided by the students....depending on what the car may need. Call your local high school and see in there is one in your area and what their policies are.
