No. Actually hermit crabs live on ground. It can't live in water it will drown. To clean them you submerge them in water for about a couple of seconds once every week.
if your hermit crab pinches you put it under cold water
Put the water in a hermit crab pool from a pet store, but make sure if you use tap water to get a Purifier Liquid to kill those nasty chemicals.
get a large cup and put the shell or the toy inside. Then get a pan and boil the water inside it. put the water in the cup and wait 2 minutes then take the shells out of the cup and put them in the hermit crab cage.
It depends. If it is a land hermit crab "no", you do not want to put it in deep water to make it swim, it can actually just drown and die. I used to have a hermit crab and my friends babysitted it and when i got back the water bowl was spilt and my hermit crab was laying on its side, dead. If it is a water hermit crab, "yes". It needs water so it can swim, and just relax in it. it needs it!
it depends how big the hermit crab is or the fish bowl
Why would you do that? That's cruel.
They cannot live with a land hermit crab because land hermit crabs live out of water so the fish would die (as you know) if it is out of water.
It depends on the hermit crab but I would personally say just to be careful No the big one might hurt or bully the smaller crab.
no because they could be land hermit crab and die
i have a hermit crab and mine had a baby. So the original hermit crab died and grew out of its shell for the baby.
Put your new hermit crab in a bath of distilled water (make sure the water is no higher than the crab's legs) and let him/her crawl around in it for a while. Then, put your crabs back together and see how it goes. If that doesn't work, watch them for a while and maybe give them both baths. That happened to my crabs, but now they like each other.
Yes, you could possibly drown it. Hermit crabs can only swim in an inch of water. That is unless your hermit crab is huge, it could go in 2 inches. I WOULDN'T RISK IT.
