You don't have to remove it, but just unclip the rear seats so they could fold down. Gives you more room to work. That's what I did when I did my rear speakers in my 01 civic.
The 1995 Honda Civic Coupe has six and a half inch speakers. Some models in the Civic Coupe series do not have rear speakers.

The 1991 Honda civic uses 6.5" speakers for both front and rear.
The speakers in a 1993 Honda Civic are 6 1/2 inches. These cars can fit 6x9 inch speakers with little to none modification.

you gotta remove the whole rear interior of the car. back seat all three parts of it, then the side plastic molding then you can remove the rear shelf. then you'll be able to take the speakers out. hondas have alot of fragile push in plastic parts so be careful. the process took me about 2 and a half hours

The headliner on a 1993 Honda Civic comes off by remove the mounting clips which hold it to the rood as well as all the plastic pillars. With the plastic pillars off remove the remaining light accessories, mirror, sun visors, and mounting screws.
The taillight bulbs can be easily replaced on a Honda Civic. Open the trunk and locate the plastic covers. Remove the plastic cover and pull the bulbs. Replace with new bulbs and install the covers.

Door panels on a 1986 Honda Civic are held on by several mounting screws. Loosen the screws and gently pull the dash out. Doing so will remove any plastic clips.
To replace the back window on a Honda Civic DX, you will have to remove the old one, peel off the remaining plastic, and put the new one in place.
