In Fallout: New Vegas - Dead Money, the key to the electric room is located in the Sierra Madre's casino. You can find it on one of the two dead bodies near the entrance to the electric room itself. It's important to explore the area thoroughly, as the key is essential for accessing the electric room and progressing in the DLC.

In Fallout: New Vegas - Dead Money, you cannot get out of the Sierra Madre vault in the traditional sense. The storyline is designed so that you must complete the quests and challenges within the villa and ultimately escape by using the casino's unique teleportation mechanism. Once you finish the main objectives, you can leave the vault as part of the game’s conclusion.
The Sierra Madre is the location of the Fallout New Vegas DLC Dead Money. This DLC cannot be bought anywhere on console other than live.
For it to work you have to go to the abandoned b.o.s. bunker and walk down a hall. I am currently playing dead money and I hate it. Once you start playing it, you must finish it to get out. :( sadface
I only have dead money but I'm pretty sure you have to finish the add on first.
