If you are offering them your background for some reason, it would be best that you reveal it yourself. The FDIC, like ALL government agencies, DOES have access to expunged criminal records.

Can common law robbery charge in nc be expunged?

This depends on whether or not the person was convicted. If they weren't convicted, it is possible to get the crime expunged. If they pleaded or were found guilty, however, unless there are other extenuating circumstances, a robbery conviction can't be expunged. The only records that can be expunged after a defendant has plead or been found guilty are misdemeanors.

Can you get a mister meaner expunged?

For each state to get a misdemeanor expunged depends on what the crime was for, how long it has been since your sentence, and if you have paid all your fines and fees. Also remember that just because your record is expunged does not mean it is still not on your record. It just shows that the judge has found you guilty of the charge but you have served all your time and you are making right.
