Education is mandatory in the US. Most states require schooling until the age of 16. There are alternatives, such as home schooling, but it requires meeting specific curriculum requirements.
Yes. You need to first register your child at the closest US Embassy in the country of birth, Register of Birth Abroad. If you submit all required paperwork, they will issue a Certification of Birth Aboard, and with that you'll be able to apply for the child's passport.
go for gold and send my friend to school is a campaign that urges world leaders. it would great be great if everyone participated. please spread the so that every child can be in school and enjoy with us. if you spread the word and try and help then the world leaders will keep their promise. the promise was to get every child in school by 2015.this promise was made in 2000. you can make posters and present them in school assemblies and staff like that.
No, a parent cannot kick a 14-year-old out in any state of the US. A parent is responsible for providing for their child until the child reaches the age of majority (18) or they are legally emancipated (there no situation in which a 14-year-old would be emancipated). However, they certainly can send the child to live with a relative, send the child to boot camp, military school, etc.
hi i want register in you lottery please tell me what documents send to you.
Yes. If the child is born in the US, the the US citizenship is automatically acquired. If born abroad, you simply must register the child's birth at the nearest US embassy or consulate.
If you live in the US... A parent cannot kick a 15-year-old out in any state of the US. Yes, if the child was born outside the US and one of the biological parents was a US citizen, you should go to the nearest embassy or consulate general of the US and register the child's birth so that he or she can officially be a US citizen (they are entitled to automatic US citizenship). If the child is born in the US, the birth certificate of the child is the proof of citizenship and no other paperwork is required. If the child was not the biological child of a US citizen (he or she was adopted, or belong to a non-citizen spouse that the US citizen has married), then the US citizen will have to apply for a US permanent residency visa for that child. The child is then eligible to become a naturalized US citizen after they turn 18 OR have lived in the US for 5 years, whichever comes later.
