Yes. For the protection of the doe and her kids, it is always a good idea to separate the goat in labor from the rest of the herd. If another member of the herd is stressed out or panics, the doe in labor will do the same which can cause complications during birth. More dominant goats may also view the new kids as intruders and will butt them out of the herd. When a birthing doe has her own secluded place it gives her time to bond with the new babies and understand that they are her own. It is also much easier to monitor the doe and the kids to make sure they are healthy. Most does will seclude themselves, as it is a natural instinct to avoid predators. After 2-3 days it is fine to introduce them into the herd, but always watch to see the reaction of the other herd members. Keep a safe place available so the doe can seclude herself and the kids if she needs.

I'm not so sure myself, but I think you have to remove the male hamster immediately after the pups are born. Again I'm not so sure.

I believe you should whethere you need to or not because, the female will need space.

Yes, but keep an eye out for fighting once one gives birth. If there is fighting, remove the still pregnant one.

You may separate them or not, your choice. It doesn't matter if you're pregnant or not.
