Some people do. But, if you hold it in your mouth for 30 seconds and then spit it out, it counts.
Some people try to swallow a spoon of cinnamon as part of a challenge or social media trend. However, this is not recommended as it can be dangerous and lead to choking, aspiration, or irritation of the throat and lungs.
There have been at least two reported deaths associated with the cinnamon challenge. The challenge involves trying to swallow a spoonful of ground cinnamon in under 60 seconds, which can lead to choking, breathing difficulties, and lung damage if the fine powder is inhaled into the lungs. It is not recommended due to the potential health risks.
The flour challenge is where you take a serving sized spoonful of all purpose flour and swallow it without food or water. It is much like the cinnamon challenge and is very difficult to swallow.
theres the cinnamon challenge- you have to try and swallow cinnamon with no wateralso theres the cereal challenge- you have to pour a bowl of cereal (any kind) with no milk and time yourself with 5 minutes and try to finish eating it (dont be cheap with the serving)
Yes you can actually. Especially people with asthma because of their small airways. The reason is because when you do the challenge you breathe in the cinnamon because its a powder so then it goes into your lungs. It then sticks to you airways and if you have asthma then you have smaller airways and it happens quicker.
I guess it it will be The Cinnamon Challenge.
if you in hale it through your mouth, it will stick to your tounge, taste nasty, and you will not be able to swallow it.
It is to dry
I dont think so, because if you do the cinnamon challenge and fail, it wouldn't be a good thing to see on stage. You might be good when you practice but you never know. You might not do as well on the stage. I would not recommend it.
no but it stings you
