If you go to your library they might have the book Encore More Winning Monologues for Young Actors which is really good and has monologues for boys and girls. Another thing you can do is go to Google and search Bald is Beautiful by Peg Kehret free which will take you to a blog that has the entire monologue on it. Hope this helped!
You have to be performing at popular comedy clubs (often in New York) and if you're really good, and you get lucky, one of their talent scouts will spot you and offer you an audition.
