It depends what aircraft you get. There are currently 5 A333s in the Aer Lingus fleet; 2 of them are new and were delivered with seat-back screens and Audio/Video on Demand. 1 aircraft has been refitted with these new cabins and AVOD (just like the new ones). 1 will be gotten rid of later this year and 1 the following year hence these are not being refitted. The regs with AVOD are: EI-EAV (St Ronan), EI-DUZ (St Aoife) and EI-ORD (St Maeve).
