That's up to you. Most people keep them for the look, some take it off. I take mine off because it looks stupid, and i hate when things look new. Somethings just look better with ware and tear. (Chuck Converse for example)

Try peeling the sticker off very carefully, and then, apply some tape to the sticker's place on the sticker sheet. Make sure it is firm, you really don't want to do it again. Also, try applying a little tape, then keep the stickers in a photo frame, and make sure it is pressing against the glass, then just keep it in the frame! Now you have a framed collectible!
To clarify: I have an inspection sticker that expires next month from MA. I moved to Florida but want to keep my car registered in MA a little longer.
if you want to know what it is on your truck just look at the sticker neer the edge of the door near the drivers seat that's ususally where they keep a sticker saying the pressure and sizes or the owners manual.
