honestly there both have really cute clothes there but the good things about forever 21 is there clothes are a LOT cheaper but wet seal has really cute afordable clothes too there both CUTE AND CHEAP!!!.....but the clothes arnt the best qulity they tear and the color wears out fast...but hey that is why there cheap!!!
