They are a very cheap entertainment system with many used games available for only a small amount. The PS3 is a better system, but requires a greater investment.
the first ps3's played ps2 games but the newer slim ps3's dont allow ps2 games. But Ps3 games do not work on ps2.
Comparatively speaking, it's 'more' like a PS2, while also being nothing like a PS2. It is a portable PS1, almost, and has little in common with a PS2.
Yes, playstation games work on ps2's.
I don't think the PS2's Graphics Card can handle RE5's nessesary limitations.
if you bought games in Germany or the ps2 in Germany of course they will still work sony is the only one who makes ps2's
Hmm... This depends if you already have an console. If you have one of those "big" consoles, I would recommend PSP and and if you have "light" console(s) you should buy PSP. I like PSP more than PS2. There about the same, basically the only the difference is that the ps2 needs a ps2 and a outlet, PSP has a mini screed and you need a outlet but only to charge it every one a while! I would buy a psp because I like something portable but the psp has like as good graphics as ps2! PSP Rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
no they are not
maybe your ps2 is mess up or something like that.
first of all, sell your ps2 and get a xbox360 or a ps3. much better. ps2's are out of date now. =)
Some games can be played with the PCSX2 emulator and a PS2 Bios
