Yes you do! It will now be even harder on Mondays! :P
Turning your clock back an hour for daylight saving time does not necessarily mean you will gain an extra hour of sleep. It simply adjusts the time on your clock to reflect the end of daylight saving time. Whether you choose to sleep an extra hour is up to you.
To adjust to losing an hour of sleep when the clock springs forward, gradually shift your bedtime earlier by 15-30 minutes leading up to the time change. Make sure to maintain a consistent sleep schedule and create a calming bedtime routine to improve your sleep quality. Exposure to natural light in the morning can also help regulate your body's internal clock.
Daylight Saving Time (DST) typically involves "gaining" an hour of daylight in the evening by moving the clock forward one hour in the spring. When clocks spring forward, you lose an hour of sleep. Conversely, in the fall, when clocks are set back one hour, you gain an hour of sleep. Therefore, during the transition into DST in the spring, you lose an hour.
Referring to the time change in daylights savings time, in spring most clocks should be moved forward one hour creating the allusion of a 23 hour day. The opposite happens in fall when most clocks should be moved backward one hour creating the allusion of a 25 hour day. The amount if time you sleep is not necessarily related to time change but many people get less sleep than time is said to go one hour forward.
To reset a clock that chimes 2 minutes before the hour, first, locate the time setting mechanism, usually a knob or a dial. Turn the knob to set the clock to the correct time, ensuring you move it forward past the chime point to avoid confusion. If the clock has a chime setting feature, check the manual for instructions to adjust the chime mechanism accordingly. Finally, observe the clock to confirm it chimes at the correct hour.

How do you tune in the radio on a Peugeot 107 Active
Turn the radio on. Took me forever to figure that part out. Once it's on, press and hold the clock button located under the RDM button on the left bottom side of the clock/radio display. The hour button will flash and you can set the time from there using the radio controls. Click the clock button to move forward after setting the hour, then minutes. It will beep when set.
Press and hold the clock botton. After the beep, both hour and minute values will be blinking. You can then set the clock by pressing the H for hour or M for minute.
