Yes, Knife of Dunwall is a Dishonored DLC pack and requires the base Dishonored game for it to be played.

Knife Play was created in 2002.
It is not 'pay to play' in the sense that there are no additional fees or subscriptions apart from the paid DLC packages. Obviously you need to 'pay' to buy the game, but you don't have to pay any more after that apart from buying add-ons.
To play mumblety-peg, you need a sturdy pocket knife and an open outdoor space. The game typically involves players throwing the knife into the ground in various ways, aiming to get the knife to stick. Players take turns, and the game often includes specific tricks or challenges. It's important to ensure safety and proper supervision, especially for younger players.

Nobody knows.Nobody. All hope of there being a subtle knife film has been obliterated.
It is not a 'pay to play' game in the form of having monthly subscriptions - once you purchase the game, you've got full and unlimited access to it.

In the upcoming adaptation of "The Subtle Knife" in the "His Dark Materials" series, Mary Malone will be portrayed by Simone Kirby.
It depends if you are talkig about the ballistic knives or just a regular knife. Ballistic knives are unlocked at a certain level as a secondary weapon. A regular knife (to knife someone) is automatically equipped. Just press down on the right thumbstick and your character will knife. Be sure you are close enough to knife, too. The way Ballistic knives and the regular knives differ is that you can thow a Ballistic knife. A good way to practice knifing people is to play Sticks and Stones (wager match on Live), and to learn the basic skills of knifing, I highly recommend playing campaign mode, as they show you how to do a lot of stuff that you can also do in Live, which I found very helpful.
A knife is a keen tool that is dangerous for kids to play with.
