no i dont think so
YES.
Most HP model laptops are packed with 'HP Webcam' software. If it is not installed please check with your manafacturer's website at: www.hp.com/support/
yes
You might be able to get a new driver to make your old webcam to work on your new laptop. Sometimes they are still supported; sometimes they are not. You will need to find your original installation disk or find an installation program on the internet.
You would need to set up a web page that could allow you to stream video from the webcam. There are a couple of programs that will do this for you. Here is also a great guide on how to set it up. http://www.maximumpc.com/article/How-To--Stream-Video-from-Your-Webcam-to-the-Internet
No, you cannot. Your webcam (which is connected to YOUR computer) can only record what is in front of it (that's you.) If the other person does not have a webcam, there is nothing to record their face. However, the other person will be able to see you (since you have the webcam.)
Unfortunately no. You need a TV in to make it work
you can't make the screen black and white, you need to have webcam effects in order to do that.
you need to put more light :D hope it works
well i am making one using my webcam! yup u only need a webcam with a mic and good effects + a awesome set up! tru making it on webs.com
This can vary, however I would recommend at least 1 GB of RAM if you are going to be using msn messenger, skype, or any other webcam-compatible program. This will allow them to perform to the best of their ability in terms of speed.
a webcam and a microphone
