If you were a little more specific I could answer this more accurately. But I will do my best. I assume you are talking about Ocarina of Time. To get inside of it, you must get both the Kakariko sword, as well as the Wooden Shield. Then you can get past the leader of the village. Then you talk to the deku tree, and you can get inside, after he tells you that he has been cursed. Once you get through the dungeon, and beat the spider boss, you talk to the Deku Tree again, and he says you were to late, and he tells you to go to Hyrule Castle, and then he dies. And that is how you get past the Deku Tree.
