After a separation or divorce, you will indeed need a lawyer in order to set up custody requirements in the court of law (assuming of course that the two of you cannot simply work out a system with out the need for legal intervention)
You need a lawyer.
You need a lawyer.
No. If your husband files for divorce before you do, you do not need to move back to the house with your kids. You should, however, arrange to get your own lawyer to take care of your own interests and you should appear in court when the divorce proceedings go before the court. You do not want the judge just to hear your husband's side.
you'll need to talk to a lawyer about that but its possible............ :)
You will need to talk to the executor of your mother's Will. If this is you, you will need to see whom the house is willed to - if it is your sisters, a decent estate lawyer can draw up the paperwork relatively quickly. If there is no Will, or the house is otherwise deeded or has a lien on it, things will get complicated quickly and you will need to contact an estate lawyer.
If your kids are 18, and need to move out 'cause they're driving you nuts (one way or another) 1. Get comprehensive house and contents insurance 2. Move out I would recommend a long holiday, but if you need to stay in the area for work, then find some nice, relaxing rental accommodation somewhere near a body of water, close enough to your place of work.
first you go to tsars house then study ....
You need to consult a lawyer familiar with firearms law.
