No but you do need a memory stick
Sort of, it isn't called a memory stick. It is called System Storage, but it is built in and it does save stuff directly into your your psp
Yes, you need a memory stick for all PSP's except the PSP Go which comes with a 16Gb hard drive built in
u can, but it deletes all the stuff

You will need a memory stick for ALL things you want saved on the PSP.
You need to unbrick your psp, for this you have to have the Pandora Battery and magic memory stick.
You need a memory stick inside a PSP to be able to download things.
In general, PSP games do not 'need' a memory stick for you to be able to play them, but they do need it to store saved game data as the PSP itself has no inbuilt space for that function.
Delete stuff you don't need, maybe some game save or music. You could also buy another memory stick
Nothing. The memory stick is for you and the PSP to store data on. All the PSP's system files, the firmware, is coded into its internal memory. You will need your PSP to format the stick, and after that it will be able to save games, or you could load music onto it for the PSP to play, etc.
