Yes, you can use cake and pastry flour for banana bread, but it may alter the texture. Cake flour, being lower in protein, can result in a lighter, softer loaf, while pastry flour can create a tender crumb. However, you might need to adjust the liquid in the recipe slightly, as these flours absorb moisture differently than all-purpose flour. Overall, the banana bread will still be delicious!
You need to stop when it looks like the dry cake mix is mixed in all the way or stop when the cake mix is creamy.
well, you can have a certain "number" OF cakes..you can eat a fraction of a cake, you need to measure out a certain amount of cake..you need a certain amount of time to make a cake...to make 1/2 the cake you divide all the ingredients by 1/2
Banana cake is both a delicious treat and can provide an indirect consumption of one of the recommended five a day, when made in a consciously healthy manner. There are some great recipies for this type of cake that can be found online on sites such as; all recipies, best recipies, good housekeeping and food network. Alternatively one can also find recipies of this nature in baking cookery books.
