No, you don't 'need' Wi-Fi to use your iPod Touch. Your internet provider does not affect anything about your iPod Touch at any time. You can use the iPod Touch without Wi-Fi access.
ipod touch 4g does
i would personally recommend the ipod touch because the iphone4 you would need to have at and t as your phone provider
No, you do not need a contract for a new iPod Touch. The contract that you see for the iPhone (the iPod Touch with the phone, as some people cal it) on those Apple commercials is for the AT&T carrier that is exclusive to the iPhone. You have to have a two-year contract from AT&T if you want the phone service on any new iPhone. This contract does not apply to the iPod Touch because the iPod Touch does not have a phone built into it.
no
No you can`t receive a call on a iPod Touch. But you can make calls on iPod touch.*Note that there might be a service that allows you to stay logedon to their service from your iPod touch, and receive calls as long asyou are near an Internet access point, the service should also provide anumber for people to call you.
An iPod touch doesn't have the hardware inside of it to receive cell signals of any kind. If you were to get phone service of any kind you would need to be on wifi and there's no way it's going to be free. Just buy credits on Skype, or get an iPhone.
OF COURSE. That's why they say if u have at&t service you can buy the iphone there or if you have an ipod touch, you can go to at&t and they can help you develop it to a phone, like an iphone.
YYYEEEPPP only uses at&t
Yes it does work
You should save up for the Apple device that best suits your need. Many younger teens prefer the iPod Touch over the iPhone 5C.
Sorry, only available on the iPod Touch and iPhone.
