Yes, someone needs a license to drive a 100 cc scooter or any other one over 50 cc in North Carolina. They also are required to carry insurance.
no
You have to have a license whenever you start a business.
For just a regular, non-electric, non-gas-powered scooter, you do not need a license.
Do u need a full license to drive a 50cc scooter in turkey
no
No you do not.
I spent the day trying to find the answer to this question myself. So, here's the answer: NO. As long as the scooter has an engine of 50CCs or less and does not go more than 30mph on a flat/level road. If your scooter fits the criteria above, you do not need a license, insurance or tags on the bike. But, you also cannot drive the scooter on any road with a speed limit of more than 45mph, or Interstates, of course. So, any road under 45mph, you're golden. Hope this helps! =) I have a DUI in vrginia and I want to know if I can drive a moped in North Carolina
You do need a valid driver's license to operate a Honda Metropolitan motor scooter in Kansas. You do not need a motorcycle license.
No, you do not need to have your motorcycle license in order to drive a scooter. For states will only require you to have your driver's permit.
If the scooter is 50cc or less you do not need a motor cycle license, insurance, or a tag but you still need at least an ordinary drivers license to take it on the road.
