You are talking about the video/picture drivers. Each computer/laptop has its own set of graphic especifications to make sure it runs smooth.
There are a few ways to fix this.
1. Restart your computer and try taping reapetedlly the FKey that will take you in to a menu which should have restore the a previous working condition. Not sure on what model you have but normally the F8 key takes you to this menu.
After you find the menu select the restore and it will set the computer to a previous date thus undoing the damage.
thats one another way its removing the drivers trough the device manager and re-start the computer and the computer will automatically find and install the drivers.
