That depends on what you mean by survive. If you mean to continue daily functioning, then I suppose you could learn to survive without other people. There are the survivalist type that get the gear in order to live off the land with no outside help. But take a step back from that. Where do these people get their gear? Who makes their clothes? Their shoes? Some other people make the things that they're using in order to survive "all alone". So they needed other people, if even for just those commodities. Now think about average daily life. I buy food at a store where other people work. Someone grows or makes the food, someone else ships it, someone else stocks it on the shelf, and a grocery clerk sells the food to me. Already I am dependent on other people, just to get food. If you're talking about surviving life without meaningful relationships, friends, spouse, children, there are plenty of people who do that too. But it's just surviving, not living. So the short answer would be, I suppose you could survive without other people. But I wouldn't recommend it.
