No the same things used for the mane will typically work for the tail. If you do not feel it is secure you can upgrade to a stronger cotton.
You need to buy a special machine
nope
When showing, you will need grooming brushes, sponges, mane and tail comb, plaiting equipment, horse shampoo and soap, coat gleam/ shiner, hoof oil, bucket for water (to bathe coat, not for drinking), and a brush to get the hairs off your own clothes.
Your horse will need to be nicely groomed and plaited (braided). To plait your horse's mane, his mane will have to be pulled. In terms of tack, you should use your usual tack, as long as it is clean and well taken care of. Any restrictions of artificial aids will be stated on your show organizer's website. You will be able to find instructions on pulling and plaiting on Youtube. ~Deb~
You don't really need to know, but with some shows if you have a pony there are classes that you need a special height. Also the bigger the horse the bigger the horses stride, and a horse with a bigger stride is more for huntseat than western.
Probably, as they are broader in the back. They are of the warmblood variety.
Yes and no. You can grow plants on a special formulated water but grows best on soil. Here is a question back to you. Do you need oxygen??
If you're in the cotton business, you may need a cotton gin.
Yes, you should plait your horse's mane and tail for lower level dressage. Grooming your horse and plaiting up shows respect to the judges. In higher level dressage, you may not need to, although you should always check with your instructor and the rules of the show. You will see if you watch videos of high level dressage test horses are unplaited and unbraided.
yes cotton plants do need water for it to bloom and produce cotton
to make a cotton swab, you need a cotton plant to produce cotton.
It takes out the seeds from the cotton faster.
