you can apply for a pre-apprenticeship or tafe course for cert 2 in engineering which is a good start, or you can apply for an apprenticeship at an employer or group training. you will need good a minimum of year 10 maths and the apprenticeshop goes for 4 years, theres a skills shortage in good fiiters world wide. it also helps if you have good confidence in an interview and are freindly and need a good mechanical mind you will have to name a table of tools and sit an appitude if you apply for this job hope that helps cheers
