Automatic transmission oil filters ware located inside the transmission, under the transmission oil pan. You have to remove the transmission oil pan to replace it and then you will need to refill it with new transmission fluid.
ow many litres transmission oil need on vw sharan automatic 1.9 tdi?
Remove transmission oil pan
Inside the Transmission. You need to remove the Transmission Oil Pan to have access to it...
No.... thanks to GM engineering, they decided to make this a sealed transmission and you can't just change the filter and oil. Somebody would need to crack open the transmission to do some internal work on it before you would need or be able to change out the oil and filter.
The transmission does not have a drain plug. You have to drop the transmission oil pan on an automatic or you can suck the old oil out if is a manual transmission. If it is an automatic, change the filter while you have the pan off.
there is a drain plug just under the transmission (for automatic transmission) on the driver side
you have to little transmission oil in your box.
No, No absolutely not. Automatic transmission fluid is not the same thing as gearbox oil.
hi mr that i have renulat secnico 2000 which type of oil for gear box if i need to change it please can you advice as regard Eiad
Remove the Ford Ranger automatic transmission drain plug. The drain plug is in the bottom of the transmission. Allow the oil to drain out and replace the plug. Fill the transmission with new transmission fluid.
You don't. It's "permanently" filled.
