Follow the upper rad hose from the rad to the engine and there you will find the thermostat in a housing. When replacing it make sure the spring on the thermostat goes toward the engine.
The thermostat is under the housing that the upper hse and rad cap attach to. To change the thermostat you have to remove upper intak plenumn to access t-stat housing.once the thermostat is installed do the system need to be purged.
Thermostat is on the back of the cyl head up at the bulkhead, follow top rad hose back and you will find thermostat housing.
