First of all do your homework. Horses are a BIG responsibility. You not only have to feed them, and clean up. They also need regular visits from the vet, and blacksmith. They also need regular excercise. All of that cost BIG TIME MONEY. At 12 yrs of age, your parents are the ones who will be held legally and financially responsible for care. You may tell tell them, you will feed, and clean, but THEY may not have the MONEY to pay for it. So for now, keep saving. When you are older, and if you still want a horse, go to The ASPCA. That way you will get one, that is in dire straights for a good home.
