Yes, you would be able to trade your Reshiram from Pokémon Black over to Pokémon Black 2 in order to get White Kyurem however you will still need to catch Kyurem in the Giant Chasm but you won't be able to do that until you catch Zekrom in Pokémon Black 2 in the Dragonspiral Tower after defeating N in his Castle.

To get the first master ball you must go to the final city before the Pokemon league, then Juniper will give you it. To get the second one, you need to get 50 Pokemon Ids , then talk to some guy in Castalia city and you will revive it.( use this to catch Kyuren).
