It would depend on your Girlfriend's I.Q if you have confidence in your girl go to a doctor. But first ask she thinks you have OCD.
Listen you need to tell your parents that you think you have OCD. Say to them the things you are doing like your obsessive acts. I have OCD and was nervous as well about it but honestly you need to tell them. Get checked out by your family doctor who should refer you for help.
Yes infact I would prefer an OCD mechanic or doctor as they tend to be very thorough
No, it is a mental disorder. See a doctor.
A doctor typically diagnoses OCD through a comprehensive evaluation that includes interviews, symptom assessment, and possibly the use of standardized questionnaires or tests. They may also consider ruling out other mental health conditions with similar symptoms.;displayed.
go on webmd.com and click ocd. look at symptoms and see if they match.
Some people just enjoy washing their hair and have a need to have it clean. If you see the same thing happening with other things though, then I would maybe check with your doctor to see if you might have some kind of OCD.
Absolutely YES! I'm so glad I found this question. Go to a psychiatrist and tell them ALL your symptoms (have them written down), also tell the psychiatrist how long it took for your symptoms to manifest, weeks, months, years? Tell him/her you heard about Luvox for OCD and Remeron for insomnia. Then, for the love of God, trust your shrink. (But pray you get a good one.) I find that older women (50+) make for kinder, more understanding (and more stubborn) which if you have OCD you need a stubborn doctor. You need not suffer anymore my fellow human!
Curley need to go to a doctor because his hand was crushed.
what colleges do yu need to go to to be a doctor
Usually for people with OCD, they prescribe anti-depressants because depression is usually tied with OCD. but to be sure which treatment is right for you, you may want to talk to your doctor about it, to make sure there are no other underlying causes.
That you need to have everything in its place and "just so" can certainly be a SYMPTOM of OCD, but it is not enough for a diagnosis. If you are seriously concerned about this, you might want to talk to your doctor or a local psychotherapist for an actual diagnosis. Be ready to define "go crazy" in more specific terms for them, and make a list of all those things that you need in that "certain way." If your preferences get in the way of living your life, you will probably want to sign on for some psychotherapy sessions.
