Serial numbers dont go that low on Offical Police revolvers. Need to know caliber,barrel length,barrel markings,etc.
ERMA made a number of .22 calibers, pistols, revolvers and rifles. To guess at a value, you need to provide the model designation and the NRA condition.

Serial numbers do not mean a lot- we need make and model. Also- not all revolvers with "38 S&W" on the barrel ARE Smith & Wessons- that is a caliber. And the finish is nickel, not chrome.
