Yes, this is a good thing you can do for your bunny.
Hair that hangs over the eyes can cause irritation leading to conjunctivitis and other weepy eye problems.
You needn't do this too often, but when you can see that the hair is in the bunnies line of vision or is starting to get close to the bunnies eyes, then trim off just enough to tidy them up!
Obviously don't go overboard with this.. bunny hair takes a while to grow and no bun wants to be a skin head.
