Depends on where you are going. If you are going into a 3rd world country you will need cholera, malaria, and other shots. There is a company that gives shots for travelers, but they are expensive. They find out where you are going and then analyze what shots you need. They have a complete read out for the country you will travel to. It is called International Health ( if I remember correctly). I used them before I went to Russia last summer and they gave me all the shots I needed plus boosters for several that I all ready had. The whole visit cost me about 450.00, but I have my shots.
From French towns close to the Spanish border (Bayonne, Anglet, Biarritz, Hendaye along the Atlantic coast, Toulouse, or Perpignan near the Mediterranean) you can easily travel to Spain.
