As far as I know, you don't need any certifications to babysit, but people will be more likely to hire you if you do. Like, it might help if you know first aid and such. As for the pay, you're the babysitter, so you determine the price. Look at minimum wage, perhaps, and go from there. You can adjust your pay rate according to how many children you'd have.
