PS2 do not play PS3 games and if your PS2 controller is being used on a PS3 then you are not using normal PS3 equipment. Sony support and my sources do not have information on using some unknown controller that might be able to work on a PS3 read your manual that came with the controller. Better yet buy the better Dual Shock 3 PS3 controller

No. There will be specific games that will play PS3 move. However you can use the PlayStation Move Navigation Controller as a wireless controller...( like the Wii )

Yes when your controller needs to be charged you can use the charging cable and still use the controller to play the game. Always make sure your system settings automatically turn off your controller when you turn off the PS3. Remember the PS3 will not charge the controller when it is off.
