You do this from inside the trunk. Pull the carpet away from the back of the tail light housing. You should see the rear of the bulb holders. Unscrew the one with the dead bulb and pull it straight out. Replace the burned out bulb. Screw the bulb holder back into the housing. Re-seat the carpet. You're done!

Well the fuse box is not really under the seat it is under the carpet where your heals/caves would be if you sit in the rear seat. You have to pull the carpet back, there is Velcro at the top and you have to pull all the way across the back seat. Watch out for the staples on the back of the carpet!!!
Depending on the type of carpet, mix a weak solution (about 5%) of clorine bleach and use a spray bottle and brush it in with a stiff brush.
