As a general rule, it is fine to alternate between premium and sub-premium. Using one tank of premium for every three of sub-premium is a good ratio to follow.

not unless you have diesel.
Yes
Absolutely...it will run much worse using non-premium gas.
Depends on what car and what age/milage it has. Best bet is to invest in a Haynes manual. Tells you the recommended service intervals, what parts you need and how to do it.

It really depends on your car. When I sold cars for Ford Motor Company, we learned that engines were made (now a days) to use a certain rating of gasoline. If your car is made for one type and you use a higher rating, it really won't matter. Some engines say they need premium gas, but most newer ones will come with the information of what type of gas is best for your engine. Check your paperwork on your car/engine for the best one to use for the best performance.
I think what we need to know here is,... what do you mean by "address" milage and vin?
Depends on the milage of the car you are driving.
Yes, I think the best one is picnik. Lots of tools on there are free but some are premium, which means you have to pay for it. BUT, you most likely won't need to use the premium ones. :)
