Not sure about a 95 but the 2005 does go out through the bottom although if you were handy enough and removed additional components it will come out, also if you remove the entire front bumper you can pull it straight out, just a lot more things to unbolt.

Depends on if you have a lift or not. You can take it out from the top, or if you have a lift, remove the engine cradle and lower it down.
