I start by washing my hands while my hair gets wet. Then I wash my face. Once my hair is wet enough, I shampoo it twice and condition. Then I use body scrub to wash my body then rinse and every other day I shave my legs and shave my underarms twice a week. I scrub my feet really well and then I rinse. It usually takes around 13 minutes and 17 when I shave. I hope this helped. :)
