No you can't still play O:A if they're hostile. Try sleeping for about 36-48 in game hours. Generally that cancels out previous hostilities.

well the ending is u dying but if u play it wth the broken steel add on u will wake up 2 weeks later i dont think you die i think you go into a coma and plus fallout has alternate endings so yeah

well, if you wanna play broken steel you have to pass the game again, but if you wanna play the otehr ones, just start it and play it until you get out of the vault.
