This depends on what the child support agreement says and what state you live in. The laws are different for each state.

Can a custodial parent get more child support when their teenage children choose not to visit their non-custodial parent?

No, visitation and child support are 2 separate entities. The only way this would affect your support amount is if you are set up with 50-50 custody and the child stops going to the other parents house and you take them to court to get primary custody.

Child support needs to be decided on by the court. In most cases, the noncustodial parent is responsible for something. If a 17-year old moves out of her house and in with her boyfriend does non-custodial parent still have to pay child support?

A non-custodial parent is responsible to pay child support whether or not the custodial parent has a boyfriend or a husband or not. This responsibility continues until the child reaches the age of 18 years unless the child dies or the court takes some action to end that responsibility.

Does the child support payment have to flow through the non-custodial parent's state if the custodial parent lives in another state?

It depends on the court order. if there is a court order established then it will usually state the specifics. You can have private child support which means you pay the custodial parent directly or you can have your check garnished and it can be sent from your employer to the court house of the state of the custodial parent where they will distribute it.

Do you have to pay child support if the father is not there every night with 16yr old daughter?

Yes. The non-custodial parent pay child support to the custodial parent regardless whether he is with her every night or not. The money is for providing for the child so as long as he does that you have to. Keeping the money is not helping the child. If you wish to change custody or child support, you have to go back to court. A 16yo is after all old enough to stay home by herself and most 16yo looks forward to get their parents out of the house. It's a part of growing up.

If an adult child moves into her boyfriends' house does the custodial parent still get child support?

Unless there are unusually circumstances, once a minor becomes an adult under the laws of the state in which he or she lives (or as stated in the support order) child support ends. If he or she has established residence outside the custodial parent's home with the approval of the custodial parent, the obligated parent should petition the court to have the support order amended or rescinded. Child support money is for the support of minor children and not "owed" to the custodial parent. The custodial parent does have the legal right to sue the obligated parent for any arrearages or "extra" expenses incurred while the minor child was in his or her care.
