He has to be found to have broken the law. In looking at the current news coverage I think this will happen. If the issue of Russia doesn't do it other are other things that will. We need to hope that the press does its job and so do the courts.
There is no law that states that. Just look at what Trump has done in 190 days and you can see that a law like that doesn't exist.
The president isn't a legislative leader. Only congress is suppose to make law as one of the three branches. Trump hasn't understood this concept and declares law. Congress has given up their responsibility in allowing the president to determine law.

Donald Trump is no doubt the only one with this dubious distinction.
no he did not.
The cast of The Last Trump - 1914 includes: George Larkin as Alan Law
No. Donald Trump holds a bachelor's degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an honorary degree (in business administration) from Robert Gordon University but not a law degree.
Only time will tell. It has to be proven he broke the law.
He might be close to violating the War Powers Act, in Libya. Other than that, the President hasn't broken any laws.
The president doesn't have the job to "take action " to solve problems. It is up to congress to make laws. He can put pressure on law makers, but he doesn't have the power to make law. Much of what Trump is trying to do with laws today is not constitutional and has gone to the federal courts because of it. A president is not a king and can't make laws.
Yes, If they are a suspect law enforcement has right to arrest any suspect in a crime with Provable Evidence.
