yes because the us was not in the war at that time and it was right of them to help the other nations by sending them supplies
1941
The Lend-Lease act was a treaty of sorts that granted the United States the ability to lease to the Allied Nations materials needed for the war. This proposal was met with great disapproval by Congress and President Roosevelt had a hard time selling his point. He believed however that this act would make America the "arsenal of Democracy".
The development that most likely prompted Congress to pass the Lend-Lease Act in 1941 was the increasing threat posed by Nazi Germany during World War II, particularly after the fall of France in June 1940. The urgency to support Allied nations, especially Britain, which was facing the brunt of the German military aggression, made it clear that direct U.S. involvement was necessary to counteract the Axis powers. Additionally, the attack on Pearl Harbor in December 1941 further solidified the need for such support, although the Lend-Lease Act was already in effect by then.
Roosevelt got involved in WW2 by having Congress pass the Lend Lease Act. The Lend Lease Act allowed the president to aid ANY country considered "vital" to US security and interests. This allowed Roosevelt to send supplies, weapons, vehicles, food and anything else to countries such as Britain and Franch. Eventually the US aids Joseph Stalin and the Soviet Union. It was called the Lend Lease act because in return for supplies, the countries leased plots of land to the US. This Act allowed us to remain out of conflict but still a major contributor to the Allied Powers.
President Roosevelt pressured the Congress greatly.Congress people came to realize they had to approve the act to keep the US people out of the war (not send their own men to fight). The depression caused a lot of joblessness. By approving the lend lease act there would be more jobs, ship yards reopened and other manufacturing plants could be reopened for business. The UK was desperate for everything that would be provided by the lend lease act being approved. The island nations of the UK were at the mercies of the Nazis and the US Senators and Congresspeople realized they really should help them.

I think you will have a B+ or B-, and also you will pass it!
I am sorry but there is no right to a " free pass" I think you may be confused. If you would clarify what you mean we may be able to answer your question.
It depends on the laws of the jurisdiction & the lease agreement. However, the general answer is "no".
One will find that the definition of the phrase net lease is something that is most commonly associated with commercial real estate. A net lease is a form of pass through lease. One example would be where the taxes are associated with the said property.
