There are two ways to include the suite number in an address. One way is to place it on its own line immediately before or after the line with the street address. The other way is to put the suite number at the end of the address line. Either way, it should be identified as "Suite" or "Ste." so that the postal carrier can tell it is a suite number.
Sometimes, the length of your actual address may not be able to be contained on just one line. Furthermore, some people prefer to have their apartment number or suite number on the second line of their address, for easier scanning.
This is the address for Legacy.com
There is no verbal cue that would be read for slashes and hyphens, as opposed to address parts that have to be on separate lines. In any event, you would have to ask this by typing "slash" where it appeared in the address above.(the most likely is 283 Amanda Street / Ward 6, which should place the Ward number on a separate line to allow automated reading of the street address, either before or after the address line)
3 piece suite (3 P's suite)... Thanks to Dez
You would punctuate an address with a suite by writing it as: 123 Smith Rd., Suite A.
A comma should be used after the street name and before the suite number. For example, "123 Main Street, Suite 100."

When referring to a room with a number in a building, then room is to be capitalized. Room 223. This goes for a suite, Suite 224. Always capitalize when writing a formal address.
The first line of an address is composed of the street address. The second line is used for any apartment or suite number.
A suite or apartment number would be placed on the line below the primary street address. According to FRANK'S COMPULSIVE GUIDE TO POSTAL ADDRESSES: In cases where the street name and number might be too long (e.g. for a database field, or for an automatic reader), any part of this line that denotes a sub-part of the main address (e.g. an apartment or suite number) can or should be put on a separate line above the street name and number.

iRise is a software and technology company. The address of iRise's company's headquarters is, 2301 Rosencrans Avenue Suite Number 4100 El Segundo, CA 90245.
The street number comes first followed by the street name then the suite number.
In an address, that would probably mean "suite" 723, which works basically like an apartment number: the building they're in is subdivided into suites, each of which might be occupied by a different business. The suite number (or letter) is used so that they all have distinct mail addresses even though there's only one street address for the building as a whole.
