You don't. Go to a professional. Very few problems can arise from a professionally pierced tongue, however, if you do it yourself you run a higher risk of infection, speech impediments and other somewhat serious problems.
you could but it would really really hurt and it most definitely would get infected as you can not sterilize a drawing pin without a lab full of chemicals.
It's certainly possible but not recommended. Why not get a professional to do it safely? If you do decide to pierce your nose with a safety pin, make sure you sterilize it first.
I would recommend buying sterilized needles and stuff. X*co on eBay has cheap equipment for $11.99... i think that would be better than trying to do it with a dirty needle or diaper pin rotflmao...
Your tongue should maintain its pink color after you pierce it.

Well the only way to put anything into a tongue is to use a needle to pierce the tongue first then put a barbell into the newly pierced hole. (Please quit calling it a tongue ring, it's a barbell and not a ring).
there are no vains
they dont pierce it....what an idea.
It can. Especially if clamps are used.
If you don't pierce your tongue wrong then what's the problem?
If there is a regular tattoo/piercing shop, they'll pierce your tongue.
